- Down syndrome
- Fragile X syndrome (genetic disorder that causes intellectual disability)
- Gastrointestinal symptoms (chronic constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea and fecal incontinence)
- Immune disorders
- Intellectual disability (IQ below 70 at age 6 or older)
- Macrocephaly and microcephaly (person’s head is different size than average)
- Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Seizures and epilepsy
- Sensory sensitivities
- Sleep problems
- Tourette syndrome (involuntary motor/verbal tics)
- Tuberous sclerosis (abnormal growth in the brain and other organs)
