Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) now affects 1 in 36 of the nation’s children; this translates to approximately 63,805 youth under 18 in Michigan (per CDC, 2023).

On-Going Activities

Parent Peer Support Group

These groups meet Virtually. To learn more or to sign up for the email notifications (with zoom link) click here.

  • Meets from 5:30 – 7:00 PM monthly on the fourth Friday. 

Social Clubs

These groups are self-led by participants, with an experienced facilitator on hand.  Please register for these Social groups to get added to the email reminders and obtain the most updated info on the meeting locations:  here.

  • ADULT: This group is for ages 18-29. Meets one evening a month, usually the third Friday, from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.
  • OLDER ADULT: This group is for ages 30+.  Meets bi-monthly on Wednesdays (2nd & 4th Wends of each month), from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.

AS.PIE Baking Academy (& Social Club) is now forming. This revolutionary program was founded For Youth / By Youth.  Participants will learn baking & teamwork skills in an industrial kitchen under the  supervision of a youth & adult chef team.  Participants will bake recipes to order once to twice a month and have a social hour afterwards.
